These photos are exclusively used to train our artificial intelligence model to generate headshot images. We do not permanently store your photos on our servers. Instead, they are temporarily used for training purposes and are deleted once the training process is complete. The trained model, which remains your property, is stored on our backend servers for future use. For example, the model is utilized to create headshots in the styles you select. You may request the deletion of your trained model at any time by selecting 'Delete All My Data' in the app settings. If you do not generate any headshots for 30 days, your trained model will be automatically deleted without prior notice.
While we do not retain any uploaded photos permanently, the trained model is maintained on our servers solely to generate headshots. As mentioned above, you may request the deletion of your trained model at any time via the app settings.
The training process typically takes approximately 30 minutes, depending on current network traffic and the computational resources available at the time. Consequently, your uploaded photos may be stored on our servers for up to 60 minutes before being automatically deleted.
As previously stated, if you do not generate any headshots for 30 days, the trained model will be automatically removed without notice.
All data are encrypted during both transmission and processing. Our staff cannot access your photos at any stage.
We do not share any of your data with third parties. Your uploaded photos and the training model are used strictly for the purpose of training the AI model within AI Headshot Master.
By using AI Headshot Master, you consent to the uploading and subsequent processing of your headshot photos in accordance with the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
